Learn how to decorate cookies using various royal icing techniques (piping, flooding, drop-ins and feathering) as well as using embossers with sugarpaste and metallic paints. At the end of the class you will take home a box of beautiful Valentine's cookies that you have decorated and personalised yourself. The cookies will keep well and if you're in a long distance relationship, don't worry - they can be posted!

All materials will be provided. The cookies and icing are all vegan. Class size is up to 6 people. The cost of the class is £50 per person. Sorry, this class isn't suitable for under-16s.
