The beginner's cupcake class is our most popular and is designed as an introduction to lots of decorating techniques that you can also use on larger cakes.

 

We will cover buttercream piping, fondant discs, lettering, metallic painting and sugar decorations.  At the end of the class you will leave with a dozen beautiful cupcakes. This class focuses on decorating and does not involve baking, but recipes will be provided to take home along with notes and guidance. 

 

Class size is up to 6 people, cost is £50 per person.  Everything used in the class is vegan and everything needed for the class will be provided. Sorry, these classes aren't suitable for under 16s.
