ALLERGIES
All cakes are vegan and made without egg, dairy, honey, gelatine, cochineal, beeswax or shellac.
While there is no dairy or egg used in any of our products or in the kitchen at all, occasionally bought-in products such as chocolate and biscuits have a "may contain" warning. This is generally deemed suitable for a vegan diet; however, it is not suitable for people with severe dairy or egg allergies.
Other allergens
The kitchen handles nuts and other allergens including wheat and other cereals containing gluten, soy, peanuts, nuts, sesame, sulphites, celery and mustard. Procedures are in place to prevent cross contamination but our cakes are not suitable for people with severe allergies.
Each cake has all allergens marked clearly on the cake box. If your venue wants a full list of ingredients, this can be provided.
